Charlotte Larco is a London-based architect specialising in bespoke, contemporary residential architecture. Her work is defined by quiet luxury, spatial clarity, and meticulous attention to detail, creating refined homes that feel both effortless and enduring.
Designing across the United Kingdom and South America, Charlotte works closely with private clients to craft highly individual residences that respond sensitively to their context, lifestyle, and environment. Her architecture is characterised by carefully composed light, refined material palettes, and intelligent spatial planning, resulting in homes of understated elegance and long-term value.
Educated in Lima and Madrid, Charlotte refined her architectural expertise in London with Granit Chartered Architects and the Frederick Gibberd Partnership, before establishing her own design studio in 2007. This international background informs a design language that is both cosmopolitan and deeply considered.
Her first independent project, the NO-House, received critical acclaim and was featured in the Architects’ Journal and on Channel 4’s 4Homes.
“Through its simplicity, precision, and sensitive use of light, NO-House expresses the essence of my architecture — spaces that are calm, adaptable, and quietly luxurious.”
